Ross is the Manufacturing Manager for our chain of world leading bitumen plants. His interest lies in ensuring all products are of exceptional quality while making sure our work environment’s are safe and sustainable.

He is a proven manufacturing professional and award winner, accumulating a wealth of experience working for world leading companies such as Du Pont, ICI and Orica.

A well-known sustainability bastion Ross won the 2012 New Zealand Sustainability Business Awards - Sustainability Champion Runner Up for initiatives implemented for the Mount Maunganui bitumen plant.

He always strives for continuous improvement asking himself and his colleagues questions like, “what does excellence look like?” Ross believes excellence is pushing past the traditional to uncover new and better solutions for people.
