At Road Science we recognise that balancing work and life is increasingly challenging. We are constantly connected and no longer is there simple delineation between the two. For this reason, we encourage flexibility in the workplace and support our people to be open about personal requirements and family needs. If we are happy in our work then we are happy at home, but the priority must be to enjoy life. Hillary says it more succinct than I…! Murray Robertson, General Manager
